Sign-up

Open the sign-up page and fill in the form:

• “First name”, “Last name”, “Email” and “Password” — to sign in to your account.
• “Store name” — buyers will see it. You can change it later in the settings.
• “Store domain” — your site address, like “name.iforge.page”. Latin letters, digits and hyphens only.
• “Country” — sets the page language, currency and time zone. All of these can be changed in the settings too.

Click “Create store” and you’re in the dashboard. You can check and change the site address under “Settings” → “Site”.

Confirming your email

After you sign up, you’ll get an email with a link — it works for 24 hours. Until you confirm, a reminder with a “Send again” button stays at the top of the dashboard. You can work without confirming, but it’s better to confirm: order emails and password resets go to this address.

If you forgot your password

   Open the sign-in page

   On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password?”.

   Request a link

   Enter your account email and click “Send link”.

   Set a new password

   Open the link from the email, enter a new password of at least 8 characters and click “Save password”. The link works for 1 hour and only once.

If you were invited to a team

Open the link from the invitation email. If you don’t have an account yet, enter your name and a password and click “Accept invitation”. If you already have one, just sign in. The invitation is valid for 3 days.
